inizio oggi un lavoro fatto di confronto e riflessione in vista delle elezioni del 9-10 aprile. lo faccio per me, per capire se le mie intuizioni sono errate, per arrivare alle urne con una consapevolezza maggiore.

le mie inclinazioni sono evidenti e note a chi mi conosce. non per questo mi ritengo cieca e sorda, non credo mi manchi lo spirito critico necessario per andare oltre gli slogan e gli spot. non è detto che al termine di questo percorso non mi ritrovi a cambiare idea (dubito, ma lascio il portone spalancato con l'augurio che, se realmente il "bene", la soluzione dei problemi risiedono "di là", si possa risollevare questa pazza Italia).

inevitabilmente le mie considerazioni saranno influenzate dalla mia (modesta) idea di politica e di economia, di società e diritto.

ho scaricato i due programmi, dell'Unione e della CDL (facilmente reperibili nei siti di prodi e forzaitalia). intendo confrontarli punto per punto e rifletterci su.

al primo impatto le differenze sono sostanziali: 23 pagine quello della destra, 281 quello della sinistra.

eccesso di tecnicismo e dettaglio dell'unione? concisi spot elettorali per la cdl? desiderio di confondere le acque sapendo che pochi affronteranno la lettura del tomo di prodi? o mancanza di idee concrete da parte di berlusconi?

staremo a vedere.

a memoria mia, per darmi una linea guida nella lettura dei due programmi (ed eventuali aggiustamenti, integrazioni, modifiche ecc.) cerco di fissare alcune premesse:

• comprensibilmente, purtroppo, sopravvive la brutta abitudine di demonizzare qualsiasi legge o proposta della parte avversaria, per quanto sensata, utile e giusta possa essere. raramente si sono viste PALESEMENTE mobilitazioni trasversali (a parte per gli stipendi dei politici). generalmente i movimenti interpartito nascono dalle donne, come per il referendum sull'inseminazione, le quote rosa ecc. forse un maggiore idealismo da parte delle signore, rispetto agli intrallazzoni signori. forse.
• come la maggior parte delle persone, al primo contatto con il mondo in età adolescenziale sono stata pervasa dal fuoco degli ideali alti, dei principi nobilissimi, della rabbia contro le ingiustizie. quasi tappa obbligata sentirsi "di sinistra", dato che è lì che PARE che i diritti degli uomini trovino tutela e risalto. e sicuramente così è stato in epoche in cui le discrepanze sociali, i malesseri e le ingiustizie erano enormi. in epoche in cui essere di destra significa più che altro essere dalla parte dei pochi forti in contrapposizione alla massa, al popolo. tutto cambia. così come i sessantottini erano per gran parte giovani borghesi che si vergognavano del benessere della propria famiglia, che volevano ribellarsi agli schemi imposti, ma che a conti fatti borghesi sono rimasti, con i vestiti firmati, l'auto prestigiosa, la casa signorile, e l'idea che la cultura sia cosa per pochi. una concezione elitaria e snob che continua a resistere.
• sempre nell'adolescenza, grazie agli studi intrapresi che mi hanno avvicinata al diritto, alla politica economica, all'economia politica, alla scienza delle finanze, ecc ho avuto modo di studiare quelle teorie così apparentemente astratte e distanti dalla realtà ma che sono la base delle decisioni dei governi e dei singoli cittadini. studiare le teorie, ma anche i risultati di esse quando sono state applicate, apre gli occhi: si comprende che alle volte una soluzione che sulla carta appare giusta e nobile, nel concreto porta a risultati completamente iniqui e dannosi. così come, al contrario, capita che per raggiungere lo scopo socialmente rilevante occorre innescare meccanismi che possono, nell'ignoranza dei sistemi economici, risultare ingiusti e assurdi. questo punto per me è molto importante perchè è la demagogia che fa la politica dei giorni nostri, è il popolo è massa davvero: non sa e non vuole neppure sapere molto di ciò che sta dietro. ascolta i proclami e si fa imbambolare. i tecnicismi sono difficili e ostici. in effetti, credo che i politici ci debbano essere proprio per occuparsi di quelle decisioni che noi comuni cittadini saremmo impossibilitati a prendere con le nostre scarse conoscenze e i pochi strumenti a disposizione. però, per avere un minimo di coscienza critica, occorrerebbe andare oltre alle frasi ad effetto.
• un esempio per me emblematico è quello rappresentato dai sindacati: sono nati per tutelare i lavoratori, e hanno fatto la loro parte bene e efficacemente quando era necessario eliminare ingiustizie rilevanti nei decessi passati. ma ora ritengo abbiano esaurito la loro utilità, così come sono strutturati adesso per lo meno. sono una macchina politica (e non dovrebbero) tesa a tutelare solo i loro iscritti (e non dovrebbero) a discapito di chi non si schiera o di chi ancora un lavoro non ce l'ha (il diktat è più stipendio per chi lavora adesso, il che significa quasi automaticamente meno risorse per nuove assunzioni e quidni più disoccupazione). "mangiano" soldi a chi ne avrebbe bisogno, a chi si affida speranzoso, ma sono i vertici (che raramente hanno prestato le braccia al lavoro vero) a decidere per utilità magari anche più ampie, o forse semplicemente opportune per le carriere politiche.
• un paradosso, in politica, è che non si può generalizzare (non tutti i comunisti mangiano i bambini, non tutti quelli di destra sono fascisti), ma si deve fare per forza quando si va a votare. si deve decidere in base a delle generalizzazioni, a delle considerazioni di massima. e se una volta si decideva in base alle ideologie, alle filosofie che stavano dietro a un movimento politico, questioni di principio, ora non ha più senso: i principi generali sono per lo più nominalmente gli stessi. a cambiare sono i metodi, le soluzioni, le filosofie che stanno dietro al processo di governo. non è più vero che il "bene" è diverso a seconda del partito. il "bene" è riconosciuto da tutti. è il come raggiungerlo e attuarlo che cambia, anche sostanzialmente. per fare un esempio un po' stupido è come quando si decide sulle vacanze: ok, andiamo tre giorni a firenze. in treno o in auto? con l'aereo? in b&b o in albergo 4 stelle? in campeggio o in beauty farm? per vedere musei o andare per enoteche? con il budget che riusciamo a fare? tre giorni in una città del genere sono pochi, bisognda scegliere, bisogna rinunciare. a cosa?

in ogni caso a "pagare" saranno i cittadini, perchè l'Italia ha bisogno di essere ricostruita dalle basi. e che si faccia col metodo della destra (smantellamento dello stato sociale assistenzialista, riduzione delle tasse, ecc) o con la ricetta della sinistra (maggiore esborso fiscale per coprire maggiori spese sociali) cmq il conto da pagare è nostro. come è giusto che sia. perchè il paese, secondo me, non va allo sbando (solo) a causa dei politici. non siamo un paese ignorante e inconsapevole che si fa rigirare senza cognizione di causa. siamo un paese avezzo ai magheggi della politica, che si rigira come è più comodo. come è giusto che sia perchè il paese è soprattutto dei cittadini, oneri e onori. solo che non siamo come gli americani (ai quali si può chiedere cosa possono fare per il loro paese) ma siamo ancora nel cortese mondo feudale, con le nostre belle mura da ammirare.

Pensate allora al giorno del 9 Aprile, quando si starà con una matita in mano dietro il gabbiotto per votare... e pensate alle loro facce quando usciranno i primi risultati.
Alle loro frasi, alla loro arroganza ed al loro delirio paranoico di onnipotenza.

Soprattutto, pensateli con il vostro orgoglio di cittadini e di come dopo si potrà ricominciare a valutare le cose per quello che sono realmente, sentendosi di nuovo al centro del mondo, come è giusto che sia.

grazie per i complimenti, e per la critica "grafica"! in effetti il carattere è piccolino, però ho l'impressione che trovarsi davanti una lunghissima pagina con caratteri macroscopici invogli poco alla lettura (almeno questo capita a me!)... e poi, giusto per trovare una motivazione "filosofica", la lettura e soprattutto la riflessione sono di per sè attività faticose che necessitano di sudore :P

cmq magari proverò a cambiare dimensione del font..tanto per non perdere un nuovo frequentatore!
