 Una lettura lunga, non c'è che dire. Per scelta consapevole o per risultato inevitabile dello stile utilizzato, non si può certo "divorare" questa raccolta di racconti lunghissimi, o romanzi brevi, come si preferisce indicarli.

E' il primo libro di questo "mostro sacro" che leggo e probabilmente non è stata una scelta azzeccata. Per il pathos, non per la bravura. Mi viene da ripensare a "Seta" di Baricco, che mi è sembrato un ottimo esercizio di tecnica estrema, ma freddo e poco coinvolgente. Tra i due salvo sicuramente "Oblio", perchè, a ben leggere, l'autore impone un ritmo lentissimo, un attorcigliarsi su se stessi che porta dentro, sempre più dentro i personaggi. Infiniti periodi senza punti e virgole, interrotti ogni tanto da frasi minimali. Elenchi tecnici, scientifici, argomentazioni da "rivista specializzatissima" che tediano e apparentemente allontanano dal centro della storia. Ma la storia non è altro che un espediente, un mezzo per raccontare alcuni aspetti caratteriali e sociali, ingranditi a dismisura con una lente un po' impietosa ma anche accondiscendente; tanto è che l'arrancare attraverso la narrazione per giungere (almeno) a un finale che si attende sillaba dopo sillaba non trova grande soddisfazione: difficile trovare un "the end" compiuto, sensato, definito. Al punto finale ci si ritrova con un gran vuoto, con la sensazione di essersi persi qualcosa per strada, con lo sgomento di chi scopre che è in mano al lettore la soluzione.

Ottimo, quindi , tecnicamente. Manca, a una lettrice "emotiva" come me, quel coinvolgimento emozionale che fa sentire "proprie" le storie.

I currently have the soul sl150 and they sound tons better than the beats solo. I am now trying to decide between the beats studio or the soul sl 300? From what ive researched they sound similar with the soul having more clarity,and the beats having more deeper bass. I guess it boils down to look and design.to me the studio looks better bcause they arent as big and bulky and the colr scheme is more subtle with the black with red accents, while the soul sl300 have the black base colr with the inner band being all white. I think the studio looks alot cooler. So i think with the sound,quality and price being basically identical i would have to choose the beats studio over the sou sl300. I think over much debate and research im going with the beats studio over the soul sl300.

    Un doppio consiglio per te in anteprima... (visto che poi lo pubblicherò anche sul blog...) vatti a vedere " SENZA DESTINO - FATE LESS " (al cinema) oppure comprati " ESSERE SENZA DESTINO " di Imre Kertész (il libro da cui è tratto). A parte per il fatto che è il primo caso di film (che abbia mai visto io) veramente tratto dal romanzo, senza stravolgimenti e sensazionalismi che andrebbero a discapito del film nei confronti del libro... Sai quei film che si definiscono tratti da e poi prendono strade totalmente diverse da ciò a cui fanno riferimento, in fase di sceneggiatura... E poi perchè il film è davvero bello, non banale persino nel finale, tecnicamente esaustivo (non ci sono " buchi neri ", quei salti temporali in cui si avverte la sensazione di qualcosa che manche ai fini della storia) e lucidamente sconvolgente. L'ho detto presto ne parlo nel blog... E poi considera... Il giorno dopo aver visto il film ho preso il libro e 5 giorni dopo l'avevo già finito! Figurati se non m'è piaciuto... Anche una lettrice " emotiva " come te troverà pane per i suoi ARTIGLI... Ahahahah bacio, a presto, D.
